 I know that one of the most dreaded and stressful jobs for parents and students can be navigating the college admissions process. There is so much to think about. However, this can actually be one of the most fun and exciting processes students and their parents embark on together and, I'm here to help!
 
As an independent college adviser, I take a personalized approach. The hallmark of my success in helping students/parents land the best college admission is to tailor design an action plan. Under my tutelage, students are encouraged to own the college admissions process. This gives each student empowerment over his/her success and helps them to advocate for themselves.
 
My mantra, HAVE A PLAN, BE ORGANIZED, BE PROACTIVE, has helped my students / parents reduce the stress associated with this important time.

When you choose a member of the Higher Education Consultants Association (HECA) for assistance with college planning, you'll work with an educational consultant who is:

• Focused on helping your child succeed. The Higher Education Consultants Association is first and foremost dedicated to the needs and dreams of students. Our members view each student they work with as an individual, with unique talents, interests, and goals, and they will strive to help your child realize his or her college aspirations.
• Experienced with assisting families with college planning. To be eligible to join HECA, consultants must have the training and experience necessary to provide knowledgeable and professional college planning assistance to students and parents.
